We are also committed to providing you with up-to-date information and educational tools so you may participate fully in maintaining optimum oral health. We believe your understanding of the patient’s financial responsibility is vital to that provider-patient relationship.

We are happy to work with you to make your dental care as affordable as possible, but as a matter of policy, Dental Care Today requires payment at the time service is provided.

Outside financing is available through Care Credit They offer loan terms to fit your budget with no prepayment penalties or down payment required. You can apply in office or on their website.



Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it.

We accept most major insurances, but please call our office to verify coverage.

We are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit, and as a convenience to you,

will directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.

However, please keep in mind that your dental insurance policy is a contract between your employer and the insurance carrier, to which we are not a party; therefore it is the patient who is ultimately responsible for payment. You should also be aware that dental insurance does not always cover all services to the same extent. There are hundreds of plans and each one is unique in it’s scope and coverage.

If you would like to know what your coverage will be before we begin treatment, we are happy to submit a pre-determination form to your carrier. Our philosophy is to provide you with the best possible care regardless of the limitations of your insurance plan. Please take the time to educate yourself about the details of your specific plan and feel free to discuss with our office any questions or concerns you have regarding your treatment.
